Natalia Welter
Founder & Master Lash Artist
Natalia is one of the very first lash artists in Northern California, pioneering the industry locally back when lash extensions were brand new. With over two decades of experience in the beauty industry and ten years as a trainer, she has transformed the lash and brow scene in Sonoma County, setting the standard for artistry and technique.
After graduating from the Aveda Institute in Austin, Texas, Natalia went on to train with the most elite lash professionals in the world. This includes stylists to some of the most famous celebrities, as well as the creator of Sugar Lash Pro and Xtreme Lashes, Lashmakers, JB Lashes, and more, earning her the title of Master Lash Artist.
As the founder of Lash Co Santa Rosa, Natalia has built more than a studio, she’s created Sonoma County’s top destination for advanced lash and brow services, with a reputation for both impeccable artistry and world-class training. Clients know they’ll receive the very best techniques, while her apprentices and stylists benefit from her unmatched mentorship.
When she’s not mentoring the next generation of lash & brow professionals or perfecting her artistry in the salon, Natalia is with her husband, son, and daughter - her greatest inspirations. You can also find her recharging at the gym, on her kindle, or hopping around Sonoma County’s restaurant scene.
Anabelle
Lash & Brow Stylist
Santa Rosa born and raised, Anabelle brings both local roots and fresh artistry to Lash Co. With multiple lash extension certifications and training in ombré powder brows, she’s always sharpening her craft to give clients the best. Her favorite service? A classic brow wax and tint, because nothing beats seeing how much a little shape and color can transform a face.
Clients love Anabelle’s calm, relaxed energy and the way she makes every appointment feel easy and comfortable. She believes in open communication, tailoring each service to her clients’ beauty goals, and nothing makes her happier than seeing a big smile at the end of an appointment.
Outside the salon, Anabelle enjoys working out, taking nature walks, and spending time with friends. She’s a proud cat mom to Sukie and Oliver, a true night owl, and a self-described hard worker who never stops learning.
Her style is thoughtful, her technique precise, and her approach always genuine. When you’re in Anabelle’s chair, you’ll leave looking and feeling like the best version of yourself.
Susana
Lash & Brow Stylist
Susana’s love for beauty started with the creativity and artistry it allows, and four years later she’s turned that passion into a thriving career. Trained and certified through Borboleta and continually refining her own self-taught techniques, she’s known for creating results that are both elevated and effortless.
Clients describe her services as relaxing and transformative, a time to unwind while she works her magic. Her favorite part of the job? Seeing the glow of confidence clients carry out the door.
Originally from Fort Ross, Susana has a soft spot for her coastal roots but plenty of personality. Her friends call her witty, and she brings that charm into her chair. When she’s not lashing, she’s likely collecting plants, baking, or hanging out with her two cats, Milo and Binx.
With a style that’s casual, effortless, and soft, Susana makes beauty feel approachable and fun. Whether you’re looking for lashes, brows, or a full refresh, time in her chair will leave you looking polished and feeling like your best self.
Ashley
Lash & Brow Stylist
Ashley has always been the friend doing everyone’s makeup, and that passion for helping others feel beautiful turned into her career. With years in the industry and a natural eye for detail, she knows the magic that happens when you love the way you look. You show up for the world differently.
Clients love Ashley’s easygoing, welcoming energy and her ability to create results that feel fresh yet timeless. Whether it’s a lash lift, brow service, or a glam finish, she believes beauty should be fun, confidence-boosting, and tailored just for you.
Outside of the salon, Ashley soaks up time with her kids near the water, enjoys making jewelry, and never says no to music or dancing. She’s a Sonoma County native with deep roots, a love for her community, and a signature style that can be described as beachy, boho, barefoot.
Her approach is thoughtful, her work precise, and her chair is a place where clients leave not only looking good but feeling refreshed from her positive energy.
Amy
Lash & Brow Stylist
With six years in the industry and certifications as a board-certified esthetician, lash tech, and brow lamination stylist, Amy brings both skill and artistry to every service. She’s especially passionate about lash lifts and brow laminations, loving how such simple treatments can create a big transformation with minimal maintenance.
Clients know Amy for her professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to safety. For her, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing clients leave not just looking beautiful, but feeling confident too.
Before beauty, Amy spent 15 years as a graphic designer, a detail that explains her precise eye for shape and balance. Today, she brings that same design sensibility into her work behind the chair. Described by friends as loyal and inspired daily by her daughter, Amy’s style is best captured as classic, minimalist, and relaxed.
Her chair is a space where artistry meets expertise, and where every client can expect a polished, confidence-boosting result.
Kalaya
Salon Manager
Kalaya is the friendly face and steady hand that keeps Lash Co running seamlessly. Born and raised in Santa Rosa, she has a natural talent for organization, multitasking, and making sure both clients and stylists feel taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.
Known for her independence and upbeat energy, Kalaya thrives on connecting with people, whether she’s helping clients book their perfect appointment, keeping schedules on track, or supporting the team behind the scenes. She brings the same warmth to her role that she brings to her life outside the salon, where she enjoys Pilates, baking, hiking, thrifting, and traveling.
With two pups, Ranger and Mack, who keep her entertained at home, Kalaya balances professionalism with a down-to-earth approach that clients love. She can be described as casual, effortless, and soft, but when it comes to making the salon run smoothly, she’s all precision and care.
Lash Co wouldn’t be the same without her. Kalaya is the heartbeat of the studio, ensuring every client’s experience is as polished as their final look.
