Natalia Welter
Master Lash Artist / Owner
Ever since 2010, when lash extensions were the newest craze to hit the beauty scene, Natalia obsessed over learning everything about this new trend. She wanted to practice and perfect the ever changing industry and provide a place where women not only felt beautiful but confident, listened to and relaxed. Although she was born and raised in Northern California and now lives in Santa Rosa, Natalia graduated from the Esthetics Program at Aveda Institute in Austin, Texas. After graduation she went on to train with elite lash trainers from around the world - considered the best in the industry - including Sugar Lash Pro, Xtreme Lashes, Lashmakers, JB Lashes, and more, and has achieved Master Lash Artist designation. Through many years of consistent training and unwavering dedication, Natalia has brought the beauty of her lash artistry to thousands of satisfied clients. If she isn't in the studio training, she is spending time with her husband, son, and daughter who are her world, or enjoying some “me” time at sanctuary, the gym.
Lauren
Lash Artist
Our lash artist, Lauren from the Napa wine country next door, developed her adoration for lash extensions while studying for her cosmetology license at Paul Mitchell school of the East Bay. She joined the Lash Co team a year ago and has flourished ever since. Lauren loves lashing so much you can find her here almost everyday of the week. Outside of the salon Lauren turns inward and spends her free time reading, practicing yoga and feeding her spiritual soul.
Evan
Lash Artist
Our Sonoma County native, Evan knew right out of High School that beauty was going to be her avenue for a career. After completing the esthetician program through our local Lytle's beauty college she opened a lash studio of her own before joining us here at Lash Co. The opportunity to instill confidence in her clients while enhancing their natural beauty to mirror what's within is what has made Evan fall in love with the industry. Outside of the salon Evan takes pleasure in spending quality time with friends and family, catching shows, road tripping, and soaking up new experiences.
Erika Donan
Lash Artist
Erika's life has always been located in the heart of Santa Rosa. She first grew her professional career in the medical field until she decided to pursue her passion in the beauty industry. She had always wanted to be involved in all things lashes and has a supportive family who pushed her to follow her dreams. Her favorite thing about this industry is the confidence clients grow after a new set of lashes or brows. The instant results are so gratifying for both her and her clientele. Although much of Erika's life revolves around her dedication in this field, her main purpose is raising her daughter and being the best mother, partner, and person she can be. Her genuine qualities, empathetic and caring demeanor, shines through to all who meet her. If she's taking a break from the hustle and bustle in the salon, you can find her going out to eat with her friends and family, she'll have one of everything - tapas all the way!
