Natalia Welter
Master Lash & Brow Stylist | Owner
Ever since 2010, when lash extensions were the newest craze to hit the beauty scene, Natalia obsessed over learning everything about this new trend. She wanted to practice and perfect the ever changing industry and provide a place where women not only felt beautiful but confident, listened to and relaxed. Although she was born and raised in Northern California and now lives in Santa Rosa, Natalia graduated from the Esthetics Program at Aveda Institute in Austin, Texas. After graduation she went on to train with elite lash trainers from around the world - considered the best in the industry - including Sugar Lash Pro, Xtreme Lashes, Lashmakers, JB Lashes, and more, and has achieved Master Lash Artist designation. Through many years of consistent training and unwavering dedication, Natalia has brought the beauty of her lash artistry to thousands of satisfied clients. If she isn't in the studio training, she is spending time with her husband, son, and daughter who are her world, or enjoying some “me” time at sanctuary, the gym.
Anabelle
Lash & Brow Stylist
Anabelle is a Sonoma County native that has always had an obsession with beauty services. After graduating from a renowned cosmetology school, she decided to take advanced lash and permanent makeup trainings to hone her skills. Working beside some of the most prestigious lash and brow instructors in California, she knew that creating natural lashes and brows that highlight her clients unique features was her specialty. In her free time, you can find Anabelle trekking across the state to her favorite zoos, as she has a deep love for animals and has visited them all!
Susana
Lash & Brow Stylist
Susana is an incredible stylist when it comes to the craft of lashes and brows. She is a highly sought after artist that has taken her expertise to many locations over the years. We are lucky she landed in our salon and her clients feel the same! Originally from Jenner, she is a coastal girl that has made her home in Santa Rosa. You can find her cooking and baking in the kitchen with her mom on her days off.
Kalaya
Salon Manager
Kalaya has been with Lash Co since 2022 and we honestly don't know how we survived before that. She is behind the scenes of all things Lash Co and keeps all our wonderful clients connected and happy. She's a pasta enthusiast and an avid Kindle reader, always trying to beat her own record, which is up to 62 books in a year! She loves traveling, attending concerts, shopping her bank accounts dry and scrolling pinterest until she can't scroll anymore. When she is taking a break from her management responsibilities, you can find her with her Grandma, who is her best friend and the one that inspires her most.
