Cancellation Policy

 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. A cancellation within 24 hours will result in 100% of the reserved service fee. 

Late Arrivals

 

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service.  Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience.  Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

No Children Policy

​Please do not bring any children to your lash appointment. Your eyes will be closed the entire time so neither you, nor our lash artists will be able to supervise them. Our work is very detail orientated and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone.

Illness

​Please contact us to reschedule your appointment if you are sick. We work in such a close proximity to our clients, illnesses can easily be transferred.  If you have a cold, we may ask that you wear a mask. If you are severely symptomatic, we may require you to reschedule.

No Pets

​Unfortunately, despite our love for animals, we are unable to accommodate pets for sanitary reasons. Your eye health and the cleanliness of our salon during this delicate process is of utmost importance.  

Fills vs. Full Sets

​Fills are required every 2-3 weeks. You must have 40% of your extensions remaining to be considered for a regular fill service. If you do not have 40% of your extensions, you must schedule an extended touch up.  Any fill services scheduled over the 4 week mark from a previous appointment must schedule a full set.
